Work culture is good,probably best in India's telecom sector. but company has lay off many employees during covid19 crisis which should have been delayed till the crisis is over and overall job market situation is improved.Overall, a good employer.

Dislikes

Career progression takes a backseat eventhough it's a good employer.Many employees staying for longer period in organization are not promoted which is q concern.

Everything was perfect, only after merger company overall condition is not good as huge AGR burden due to that there is uncertainty. Else everything is good.
