The company offer good work life balance. The company is particularly reliable and ahead of competition for Enterprise customers based out of Gujarat, that gives me confidence when facing the customer.

Dislikes

Not much learning to garner from a career an Vodafone. Office politics takes centre stage especially in decision making.

Work is not very hectic but mostly repetitive. A good place to work for not more than an year.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
