Vodafone being a reputed is good to work as a fresher as their training sessions are awsome it offers both off the job as well as on the job training. Complete knowledge pack and full of friendly environment their is full job security although there is a huge top pressure but there is full support from top management and collegues

Dislikes

Compensation and other benifit are decent but growth is very very slow.. no inner major innovation can build and one has to deal with lot of politics.. one has to work for sundays even with no extra payments or other benefits
