There is a lot of politics and favorism. You are treated like a slave and should work with that mentality. No growth opportunities; if you try to get one, the management makes sure you loose the same. Despite working hard with committed mindset, expect bonus deduction and sidelined treatment in appraisals.

I am working at a customer location and have been kept distant from the main stream. No work life balance. Exploitation from the Management by always expecting a stretch beyond permissible hours by saying it is expected from you.
