I have worked in viztar for about 1 year. To be frank, i do not recommend anyone to work in this company. After, joining and working in a particular group like FGI, DNB or BGV etc., they put you on bench meaning no work no payment and say that you cannot do well in this group we will shift you in another group although you are doinggreat. And also, after leaving the company you do not get your FNF also. I went to viztar office multiple times but the HR that is Hanif, always says it will be credited to your bank account within days. Our manager cooperative behaviour

Praveen sir are very supportive but the salary is very less and they are not providing any appreciation and appraisal for the employees so that employee are not motivated but our manager Praveen sir is very supportive and helping in nature.
