New work culture initiated in 1984 itself in Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd. There are about 12 canteens in the plant. Company policies are good for employees growth. There is a Technical training centre and Center for HRD for conducting classes for employees periodically throughout the year.

Dislikes

Since it is a public sector some sort of politics will be there. Every employee will be given training at technical training institute. Earlier bond system was there but now it is not there Promotions are good, job training will be given to all employees. Periodical health checkups will be conducting at occupational health center inside the plant.

Work Details

The job is very interesting since from the beginning. Dealing with unions on IR matters. Disciplinary procedures, counseling etc.

As a non executive I can say that there is agood atmosphere of work, we can identify,alot of technical knowledge can be gained for freshly intern ships and employees too , modern equipment in expansion is a boon to the company. Such a great National asset

As the decision of the non strategic sector plan made by modi sarkar ,dragged THE RINL Future into deep hells. No captive mines, no raw material resources, no manpower recruiting, salaries paid too late, either cant expect when they would come, even death of employees see due to defaulters made by bankers. No growth for non executives, n staff to executive promotion policy Desolved, no hra for new comers. No promotion for executive post for diplomates joined after 2017, I aspired that one day I would become an executive being a local person, left alot of good opportunities for the sake of aspiration but no use. Lack of necessary cooperation from central government. No wage revision.Wage revision has not happened since 2017.
