Since it is Government funded, many small level of experiments can be conducted to improve the output level and also minimize the wastages. Many theories can be tested here to optimize the product output and efficiency.

Dislikes

Very monotonous structure of work life. Since it is a large industry, only small level of changes can be made in the equipments and hence the latest technology cannot be used here. The growth of a worker is limited as there is not much scope for development there.

Work Details

My work was to analyse the design and study about the bed of a lathe machine. It was a bit difficult to work on it initially but gradually after understanding different process and working, it was much easier.
