1. Importance to process is not at all taken seriously . 2. Lot of stuff to be handled for a very lean team structure 3. Very less work life balance 4. Remote work is seemed to be encouraged by top management in common mails but team heads always want people to be in the office 5. Recognition for the work is not given rather they make the employees feel they should do more even after working for crazy hours and deliver 6. On paper training is given .
