It was a great opportunity to get a job in Taj hotels. Job security, work culture was good. It's tough to manage work-life balance when you are working as front foot of indian Hospitality industry. Otherwise i am honoured to be a Taj employee.

Dislikes

Sometime you have to face some rude senior. But it's not company's fault at all.

They are not supporting us even there are lots of partiality, they have removed staff

Taj is big brand never expected that they will remove staff.... They can put there staff on leave without pay... But they should not remove the employees....even the Radisson brand has not removed any staff but taj has dine it... Same on taj

My experience during working in Vivanta by taj Whitefield was great I learnt more than my previous hotel lemon tree. Working hours,hotel culture ,accommodation, transportation staff recognization, all were amazing cafeteria food was good .

Dislikes

The most thing which I felt in vivanta by taj Whitefield is that there is no growth as per me regarding for promotion if staffs are spent more than 3 years still they have to work for another 2 years to get promote. Positions was there but they put that positions on hold . Unfortunately I left because I got job in st.regis Abu Dhabi.
