Everything, negative environment, we don't get any bonuses, no PF, no incentives something because of HR error the salary also gets duducted.. without any reason, you will only get promoted only if you are boss ki chaatne wala..

You can get a job even if you are not qualified enough for the job. But if you are qualified then you will be reporting to unqualified people. Which Makes it easy to work cuz seniors don't know anything about work.

Dislikes

The most pathetic company I have ever worked for. HR don't know what they are doing as they all are kids fresh out of College. The building is litterally growing mushrooms and they provide the same water to drink which they use to wash utensils. Unhygienic washrooms with mold and fungi everywhere. They shutdown AC to save electricity in summer. They deduct leaves as well salary then assure that you will get it back in next month bt obviously you get nothing back. You think they have all these great brands and feel happy to join bt In short its like booking an hotel room by looking at the lavish pictures on a mobile app but finding out that it's nothing but the creepiest OYO room with dirty bedsheets....Read More
