It;s friendly, and everyone is welcoming and communicates respectfully. We have in-house festival celebrations and engagement activities that we really enjoy. These events help us relive stress, and make us feel refreshed. Also, we have outdoor picnics and entrainment activities.

Here, we've half day of 5 hours which I am not happy with. Rest all good.

I am happy to share that the company cares about its employees having a food balance between work and their personal life. I've seen many employees have stayed for more than ten years, which clearly shows their level of satisfaction working here.

Egoistic and entitled upper management that didn’t care for their teams. Salary increment was mediocre. Work related calls almost every weekend. Very impractical and strict deadlines that led to creation of buggy and low quality software. Complete dependencies on 1 or 2 individuals that caused constant frustrations and helplessness.Features/Projects were created but never tested or used, and one fine day after 6 months it was supposed to go live. Frequent layoffs used to cause anxiety, wondering if it’s my time today. If you have an argument with your manager, you need to immediately start looking for a new job, because your name will already have been submitted for the next lay-off cycle....Read More

Terrible. You only realise when you leave this place and join somewhere else. Salary was a meagre wage, even the cleaning and call Center staff used to earn more than engineers.
