The HR team here is really efficient at their job. They promptly address any concerns and are highly responsive. They are particular in record-keeping and documentation, ensuring employees aren't unnecessarily asked to resubmit documents repeatedly. They handle these matters very carefully, spring employees with any unnecessary trouble.

Interactions and working in proximity with the superiors is a blessing for us. We get to know many of the things by just observing them. They never shy away from sharing knowledge and experience. Have got a number of tips on programming, logic development etxc. from them. I am able to grow as a web developer with such a platform.

You can put forth your concerns and feedback in front of the senior management and the HR team. Both of them being easy to approach, I have never felt the hesitation. Whenever I have taken any problem of mine to them, they have resolved, they have resolved it. I like their responsiveness.
