It had been a wonderful and extremely positive experience of 5 years and 11 months working as an editor in Viva Books. Theyhave been the most supportive people who welcomed creativity at all times and helped me explore and grow as per the requirements of my job profile. Ms Akanksha Dudpuri is a superb team manager. She actively indulges in seeking different points of views and creative solutions from her team members. She keeps on experimenting ways to deliver products in time. I have learned a lot working there. Work culture and ethics are absolutely amazing. My manager, Akanksha mam, was always there to guide me. She is a support system for the editors. She made me feel at ease and motivated me whenever I felt low. I think it is because of her that I grew better in my work and moved for better opportunities.
