No Importance given to ground level staff, every leader is just take wrong decisions and make team and work suffer and then take their hands away when Higher management comes in the picture. People having so long experience (10-15 years in same company), well qualified (just to show off) and they just learned how to save themselves by putting lower staff in front! NO role clarity, Manager's job is given to Associates, and manager works on unproductive work as forced by Department Head. No control over process. None of the people are working on task as per the role they are appointed for. On complaints HR is also try to protect leaders. Only social media is the platform can bring this ahead of candidates who are planning to Join Vistra for any of finance role. A just Graduates can take better decisions than these experienced people. Dept head does not respect work-life balance of senior manager , SR manager doesn't respect Manager's and so on ... ! all employees works late night , on 90% days of the month..! No Family time, even in the covid time, they were expecting covid patient to attend the call who was not even able to talk on the phone! Indirectly Male dominant culture have been experienced by women staff from the time of transition, specially after new HOD! Vistra is ready to Pay highest salaries to such leaders , but not ready to give satisfactory increments to ground level staff who are actually taking care of the work ! Giving finance in the hands of Indian management and hiring non-professional , Non-finance staff on higher position to manage it, was one of worst decision ever !!!
