Work life balance is the only thing I like.

Dislikes

They don't care about employees development plan, you can work as hard as possible but no care is taken, PDR is waste of time. No promotion no compensation benefits n all.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
