No work ethics, Top and Mid management is worst, can tell anything to anyone in any place, threaten employee to fire in each meetings, behave like construction supervisor, many good resources left putting resignation in meeting itself. Join if you want to spoil your heart and increase your BP and stress. Very toxic work culture

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
