Discriminative management team. Without market research top management team hires employees. They don't know about person's capabilities, only one goal to hire candidates with minimum salary and contractual basis. No future growth in this organisation and no future for this organization.

For freshers very good place to work. I have been working in this company for 4 years .. initially 2years it was very good they used to take care of the employees very well. Lot of career opportunity were given. Good hygienic environment. Vending machines all have been kept in subsidized rates. Regular tea is given without any cost. Compensation is very low now, increment is like a peanut, 6 days working .managers do not value individual unique strength. Lot of politics , very much biased approach, they do not appreciate an employee after 2 years..they indirectly give signs so that u leave the company. Not open to new suggestions , innovations ,ideas and thoughts..whatever has been told to u..u have to work like a donkey...pretty much disappointed. You won't find the upper management being good at vocabulary skills...Nd by mistakenly if ur good in vocabulary they would treat u less...coz they don't want anybody good ..they need average speakers in English....Read More
