As a PHP Developer at Visacent LTD, I’ve gained valuable experience, but there are certain areas where the company could improve. One of the key challenges I’ve faced is the lack of structured processes, which can sometimes lead to confusion and inefficiencies in project execution. More defined workflows and better project management would greatly improve productivity and reduce unnecessary stress on the development team. Additionally, while the company offers opportunities for learning, there seems to be limited support for growth within the organization.
