There is no good project to work on. Team is just trying to get some work anyhow. No good work culture. You will have to work in your working time and then connect with US team for call in night. Process is very tiring for even a small task.

Firing employees. No transparent appraisal rating . Resource might work 2shifts . One day time another till 10 to11pm . One person Work used to start 9 am to handle Indian development activities and ends at 10 pm to support USA team . Many legacy applications you might work .

Outdated process and technologies feels like working in the 90s. No clear strategy or vision from leadership. Stressful work that impacts worklife balance. Too much politics and friction between teams. There is a culture where people want others to fail rather than working for the customers. 2 days worth of work takes 15 days to complete due to various process.
