Good salary, domain is niche

Entire company is heavily disrupted by CTO. Does'n't have minimal skills to hold this position, neither technical nor leadership. Always bypass all suggestions, proposals by experts and put his own baseless thoughts. It has damaged the product & company reputation heavily. Very poor technical vision, doesn't know industry standards- endless issues are there. Many people left and are many others were let go because of this.
