It was horrible experience in my life ever i worked till , no rule regulations , no management , no strategy nothing , I suggest not to join this organization , They cant do what they had written in appointment , if you dont want to spoil your future then do not join or dont suggest anyone to join this company .

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
