The work environment at Viraj is just great. Every employee here is a professional and knows how to maintain the ethics of a good work environment. The management here is transparent and helpful. Recently, when many of us were finding it difficult to commute to work, the company decided to provide a transport facility to all its employees. This facility has been free of cost. In addition to that, our lunch was also taken care of. The sanitization at work and in the transport vehicles has been as per the standards. When I joined Viraj, i did face certain issues in understanding and adapting to the projects, which everyone does in a new job, but I was given good guidance then by my reporting manager.
