This is a very good company but the management was terrible in 2019

My law did not work, I did a diploma in mechanical but by doing so, I was able to earn less money by doing a 12 hour job instead of an 8 hour job.

Viraj is like a ocean of knowledge,skills and opportunities.. it's upto you if you take plenty of water or fill ur tank of knowledge.. If it comes to covid, it's on you how you deal with it also the company doesn't feel so secure to be working at while pandemic.

What I dislike about viraj is they don't encourage you to work harder, they don't give you any kind of incentives as a appreciation neither promote you.. Also the salary package for engineers is less and yearly increment is also very much less, doesn't matter how much you work but mostly everyone gonna get same increment. Overall work experience is good and I'm glad that I got this company as my first job.. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't trained me for my job neither take any training sessions.
