Terrible policy and terrible management. Nobody cares what good work you are doing. No appreciation.Abusive management. They will select you as per the profile mentioned in advertisement but once you join they will give you another profile to work under.No systematic work culture as everything is done on unorganised way and still you will be held responsible if any work not done. If you decide to leave this organisation still you will be harrased by the management and your boss as they will not accept your resignation and will force you to complete your notice period without any fail. I joined this company at the end of the year 2019. I have observed here that many programmes are conducted like the employee training programmes and meditation programmes. Very recently, a suggestion was given to the management to start employee appreciation programmes too. And the management really welcome that suggestion. Dislikes

I have been working here for a year but I have not seen any change in the food. I think more options should be made available for the employees. Also, when I have to work late, there is shortage of food in the evening. It is tiring to visit another place for evening snacks then for emergency.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
