No good working environment. Management directly involved in day to day activity. Director slaps to the supevisor in front of any one. They don't respect the employee. Manpower turnover os about 60 percent. And here I am seeing the reviews it appears that they are being paid to review positively. Because no one wants to join Viraj. Those really have no job no option they surely join. Leisure time, social activities are nil. Knowledge sharing nil. Those survived they will survive. Generally 60 percent people can't survive here. Dislikes

People are mostly good. But few those are undeeducated due to their job security issue they don't behave properly. Here a ITI holder can be manager and deparment head. Think how would they treat NIT and IIT passout student.
