I'm reporting to QAM Omkarsinh Rathod he did a lot's of improvement in quality. As he knows the six sigma he always tried to gives the solution bases on his experience with six sigma. He encouraged me to do all the task which is assigned to him so that I could be ready for next level. In vindhya if I talk about hygiene..the cleaning staff is very rude in behaviour they are not doing dusting properly and if we ask to they are not responding for it .they does not care about people's health over there the girls vindhya washroom are very unhygienic we have to think about it

The work culture and Pavitra maam (MD) is great ideal for everyone she is very kind women.

Management don’t take any action on people who are been accused. The Maneger there is full money minded person asks for money talk rubbish about the girl abused a girl on the floor still no action was taken the girl reached to the upper management even though there was no action taken the girl was forced to resign. No one care aboutthe review form which are submitted while release. The manger always ask for money and alcohol parties if stop giving he will start taking revenge on you. I would suggest you guys to please be aware before joining the company it’s just a awareness for people. I know this comment will also be deleted as management don’t want to take action on him. Many of the support staff have left even the management is not taking any action....Read More
