Lots of documentation which is unnecessary -QA torture is very extreme, they only focus in the documentation more than anything. No job guarantee No lunch provided at branch locations The facilities are worst at the branch locations. Lots of restrictions They even ask for the bond to be signed by the employee. No business strategies for the higher management to run the organization smoothly which even affected the career of me. Treatment and training in Vimta is outstanding, it's an institution reached 1st and then ask for the work...One of the Nice R & D centre in India, good in career growth, working culture is also fine.
