Overall it is good , For trainees it is good for learning new things exploring all new research etc.

Dislikes

Appraisals are average, and bus facility they provide but also they ask employees to adjust if there is no seat no proper arrangement, and even once we deposit mobile, if there is any emergence still they wont allow you to take your phone. Shift incharges are rude. Worst policy.
