To much documentations and so do responsibilities adds up, which in fact slows down performance and work quality gets challenged.. Problem - work can't be accomplished even after 9hour duty.. Later- one gets blamed on skills, incompetence to time management, poor performance, falsification of data.. So whatever by QA.. It is.. Answerable to many higher up.. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
