If I say anything that I don't like in the VSG company then people like Virpal Singh Yadav and Sanjay Rana and Mohit Rana, supervisors disgrace the company because these people steal from the security people. They do it and then they work at other points and these people eat their own money. These people used to eat Rs 70,000 per month for the NCRT's Rapid Rail work that is going on in Meerut. These people are bad sir, Virpal, Sanjay and Mohit, these three people should be removed from the security company, otherwise they can bring this VSG company on the road...Read More

I'm like working @ vikrant Safe Guard India PVT Ltd because Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good Salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. The management doesn't address our issues

Work Details

The Job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal Training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that Help me get a test of different roles within the same team.
