Pathetic company..They even not give employees salary and owner is very much unbearable person. He use abusive language in office area. They even not given my salary and also of one more employee. 3ladies has left job at a time because of his abusive behaviour. Even no staff continue there more than a month.

Hardly suggest anyone to join VIEC Chandigarh. They do not have ethics to work and treat there employees. They think that employees are beggars.

Dislikes

Teammates are good but bosses are illiterate. They do not give our incentives and no politics is like hell.

There is not at all working professional ethics there, salaries are delayed for two months, moreover the management (franchise owners of VIEC Chd, patiala, Jalandhar and Bhatinda branches are same) is pathetic, there’s no job security there, highly uneducated the management is, they just don’t know how to talk with females even, insulting their staff is their passion, if it’s coming to star rating in any sense , then the people who have worked there would be giving negative ranking.
