I am Janardhan Reddy worked as Senior engineer for production and Quality Department. Poor planning for production no document schedule plan, Plant Head is behavior like workman he doesn't know how to respect people. Nobody takes ownership to put signature. Paper work is more compared system works. Company doesn't give permission to take small problem solving decision it's really hard. Always conduct meeting wasting lots of time.
