Persons who are staying near by company is the only advantage of this company.If we talk about new innovations/ideas it's a crime there.All we have to follow the management worst rules. Unworthy candidates are more which is beneficiary to the company.

Poor planning for production no document schedule plan, Plant Head is behavior like workman he doesn't know how to respect people. Nobody takes ownership to put signature. Paper work is more compared system works. Company doesn't give permission to take small problem solving decision it's really hard. Always conduct meeting wasting lots of time.
