Company offers good salary package but the sales territory which you were responsible to handle will be huge hence you will be responsible for doing work for 2 sales persons. Average running Km per month will be approximately 2500. All documentation work life Salesforce Updation, Proposals, Techno-Commercial comparison etc you have to do in your personal time. Mental torture for generating business, your manager treats like fresher and daily you have to report morning and evening on call, on Salesforce. No skill development, even during last one year no physical interaction with any one from headoffice, no curricular activities, no motivation only and only business that's it.
