While working at Videocon International, it was my best experience. The team was great , we worked and enjoyed together. Even families were closely knit together. had lot of picnics, get to-gethers and functions. Training culture is very highly rated. , job security and career growth is excellent. Sorry to state, but I like nothing about the company. It was my mistake joining such a badly managed organization with no work ethics and no professionalism. Bosses liked only yes man and boot locking, who in turn were doing the same.
