The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. company growth is going faster.but employee growth is slower then other companies. Company CAO is the best motivator person.they lead well. I liked to work as an engineer.

Dislikes

As an engineer the benefits are less in working hours and pay less. Growth is slow. And work pressure is high then the salary.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
