Company is good & having good range of products. Training is good as per company standards. But the salary level is not good as per MNC

Some of good experienced was vetoquinol ,as I was handling 5 executives team and team members having good faith with me & but due to one team members I was disturbed and informed to many times to my seniors . But they were not ready removed from my team . I was giving 12- 14 hours for the company with my executives. I never givefalse information as per responsibility.
