This company might be suitable for such IT freshers who are not able to crack jobs in IT industries but need desperate start somewhere.

Dislikes

This is not at all a software consultation company. It provides IT support only to its parent company which is an Indian courier company. So, as a software developer there is absolutely zero chance to handle various projects from various client companies. Once in a while some minor developments will come that too to update its parent company's proprietary application. Company's culture is more like a courier company than an IT corporate.
