The job is quite interesting. Istruggled a bit in the beginning as there as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the jod. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different role

Its a ecofriendly enviorenment here working on vertiv. There is a lot to learn here about power electronics.

Dislikes

Compensation is low, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior get the advantages.
