Dislikes

Certainly there is a lot of politics. People reporting to onshore get no benefit and recognition locally. No promotion if you report onshore and we have to compromise on yearly hike percentage. Indian HR should work independently and should stand up for employees at good faith.

Good company but not the management. If you're too ambitious about your career, you may have to think twice. Have to deal with all sorts of politics , favoritism. Processes are there just for the sake of it.

They are supporting good by providing flexible timings but work load got increased in this crisis situation. Company policies are extremely useful and supportable but they point it if you use it and consider low performance.
