-Field offs management is not a technical person and manipulative person . -Team lunch happens in cafeteria not in hotel as cost cutting - Performing rating but got 6%-7 rating. - No rotation force you to leave job - promotion only to non deserving because they are friend with top management so they will not give bad ratings. -Sr Managers/manager only bothered about rating and politics. - Management will decide your career management or technical? Not you - if company in profit they why all got less %.In name cost cutting Indian management ruining life of qualified peoples. -off shore vp is good he asked for clarity but sir our voice are suppressed because they not allowing our voice to reach you. - revenge was taken by them in increments, to shut people mouth. -Ruined culture of politics .
