Senior management are not fit for the given position as they don't listen the concern of junior employees and once the concern is raised by junior employee, senior manager start targetting till he or she resign.

I resigned this company because I was mentally harassed by Shiva kumar pulimamidi and Sandeep Raghavendra Vetakari.I raised my concern to HR and senior managers but they failed to understand my concern.

There is no Job Security Infact working in the Human Resource department they doesn't communicate regarding the work updates and the management is not at all transparent. Too much politics in the EMEA TEAM. The senior advisor doesn't make the team members to grow and too much bossy and the appreciations(awards) are been hidden notbeing shared with the team members for their good and hard work, they just inform a day before that your last working day will be tomorrow and they also don't mention the reason for relieving.
