Everything else! No proper process os followed, no manual is maintained for any of the 600+ clients, Client Account Managers quitting very frequently due to the poor support from management and their refusal to solve glaring issues raised over and over again by clients and Client Account Managers but no support received from the management. Instead, they blame the client account managers in front of the clients, and the clients think employees are at fault for everything. Having to fight with the operations team, with management and none of the suggestions are accepted saying it is going the same way since 13 years so why are changes being suggested, ignoring the fact that clients keep shouting and getting angry that cases are not closed on time within TAT and cases are piling up due to overburdened operations team! Absolutely no team is provided to client account managers and if they are on leave, nobody is there to manage deliverables, no thought is given for such issues and employees are expected to just deliver all the work inspite of the challenges and get pending amount from the clients and get maximum cases completed within TAT. This is exactly why no client account managers stay back for too long here. Salary is compromised and employees are not paid adequately, in proportion to the sheer amount of hardwork that they are expected and actually put in. And hardly any appreciation is given, which is certainly not in terms of a salary raise. They don’t allow work from home and hybrid work, as the management thinks that employees do timepass while working from home! Also, the employees eat food in the boardroom(yes, this is true) and the operations team eats in a rooms which is no less than a godown! Only 2 restrooms for 50+ people and passwords are frequently shared in gross violation of the so called ISMS training regularly imparted to employees! This is certainly not a company to join under any circumstances. There are too many technical problems in the tool which is used for the Background Verification, clients want the data in one format, but the download from the tool is in an altogether different format and employees are expected to give the data to clients in client approved format and if the data is for 1000+ or 500+ candidates’ background Verification, then God save the client account managers, because that work takes up hell lot of time and since no team is provided to client account managers, new joinees’ help used to be taken! Insufficiency clearing is another big problem! Client account managers are expected to do everything including all this and this is a thankless job and thankless organization to say the least. Company is good, on time salary receving
If you speak bold then can be survive else will be in big trouble. Offering salary is good.

1. There no cafeteria, there is no proper place to have food. only 10 members can sit in board room we can't sit and have on our place if audit or higher officers are coming then no place to have food we used go near by hotels
2. Only 1 washroom it's for hand wash also always it's queue for waiting food and washroom it's too difficult.
3. No proper KT for CAM they just dump on our head and management doesn't care about you if you are working like donkey they just leave you
4. If we ask any doubts to manager they just say don't know i was surprised and they won't clarify. It's horrible
5. They created new internal application where it's very slow.

Everything! The management is least bothered about employees and issues with the tool, operations team, overall problems plaguing the company. They just want revenue to be generated and don’t care how employees are going to achieve high revenues in spite of all issues, which are conveniently ignore by the useless and careless management. Even if you work 24*7, they’ll not pay you overtime and won’t care about you. There’s absolutely no work life balance and how much ever you work, there’s no appreciation, even if there’s appreciation, it is not in the form of a raise
