Systems are set as employee-friendly to enhance the productivity of each individual. Management is cooperative and well aware of the strengths of most of their employees personally.

Dislikes

Some employees occasionally perceive the casual approach or collaborative culture of senior management as a lack of structure and, unfortunately, may take undue advantage of the flexibility offered.

1.Hiring expensive employees and Not using his own employee's for international business. 2.Website is not being updated, which happens to be the first resort in order to find out about the company. 3.
