The work environment is terrible. If you are in sales then good for you else you'll be sitting in another company's office where you can hear the sales employees of the other company talking to the clients from 10 AM to 7 PM. You won't be able to focus there for a single minute. The company members don't care about the work progress, they want you to complete your hours. Same as i mentioned above, its a one man show. Chamchagiri actually works here. If u can say yes with all yes's then only u will be called a star there otherwise u r nothing. No matter how much u did, how much dedication u gave nothing matters at last here.
