Perks are less. Being in the CyberSecurity industry, you expect great salary packages, but that is not the case here. Though their product competes against some major cybersecurity players globally, but not in terms of salary packages. Company Events and outings are less. Every fun initiative is ceased, stating they are misused, and now they don't try to bring up any new fun initiatives. Feels like a school punishment. Honestly, I don't have anything to dislike, my Current employer's makes every effort to empower the people and establish a work atmosphere in which we may accomplish remarkable achievements. But still, if I had to add one dislike, it would be commute, which cost me a little extra time and money.

It is one of the best product based indian company. You hardly find micro management here. Managers and team members are very open and focused towards product goal.
