Perks are less. Being in the CyberSecurity industry, you expect great salary packages, but that is not the case here. Though their product competes against some major cybersecurity players globally, but not in terms of salary packages. Company Events and outings are less. Every fun initiative is ceased, stating they are misused, and now they don't try to bring up any new fun initiatives. Feels like a school punishment.
