The culture, and the politics, Specially on the manager level, they think they are the boss of the company, because they are working here for 10 years, they didn't appreciate or want new talent to move ahead of them even if he/she have more skills and knowledge, But the GM here is good if at some point of your job you get a chance to prove your talent in front of him, then may be you can achieve something in this company, otherwise the managers will never give you the chance to showcase your talent, specially in finance department....Read More
