The department I worked is so worse. I used to work all weekends even 2 sundays for a month, daily I used to work 9 hours excluding break after all this I was not respected enough and the pay was not at all enough. There was no comp off or OT for the extra hours I put in. My advice is that the things I faced may not apply to you as only my department was worse. The people in designation takes full advantage of power and create a toxic place for you to survive. Adding to that they will make sure you are cornered and feel helpless about the wrong things that is happening around you.

It's very nice and learning company for all the employees mostly freshers, one good think is salary on time, some facilities are available, team and team leader was good
