Work life balance, flexible working hours, less pressure, TL and managers were good.

Dislikes

Exit policies are worst. Even if you are on bench they will not release you without completing notice period ( 30, 60 or 90 day). If you want early release you have to pay salary in lieu or buyout option. There are no other options. They will sit you on bench during NP but will not release you.

The people in designation takes full advantage of power and create a toxic place for you to survive. Adding to that they will make sure you are cornered and feel helpless about the wrong things that is happening around you.

It's very nice and learning company for all the employees mostly freshers, one good think is salary on time, some facilities are available, team and team leader was good
